Our hair salon and spa services provides our customers with excellent service and access to online appointments. We appreciate your business and your acceptance to our cancellation policy.
Please note that due to the ongoing construction at our location, only Mobile Professional Hairstyling Personal Care Services are provided, and we always observe maximum sanitizing protocols. Appointments are confirmed on Request Basis only.
Please note that when booking our services, you will be required a Visa, Mastercard, debit info, or a cash deposit to hold your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours, the full price of the booked service applies.
We understand that unexpected situations might happen and to cancel a GROUP or a package appointment, please email directly at sscisscisalonandspa7@gmail.com at least 48 hours prior. If you do not cancel in advance, we will charge the amount deposited for the services.
Deposits are non-refundable if you forget to cancel.

Ssci-Ssci Salon & Spa works one at the time with customers, on an advanced appointment basis and cashless, interact is available. We are tracking, contact information with purpose of contact tracing.
IMPORTANT: Please shampoo your hair prior to get your hair services done. We are committed to serve customers in a professional way: the performer will wear face mask and gloves all the time. Please re-schedule your appointment if not feeling well, avoid spreading germs to others. Following the Toronto Public Health standards including, note that SERVICES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IF:
-Being in contact with a sick person or confirmed positive COVID-19 or symptoms in the past 14 days -If you returned from travel outside of Canada in the past 14 days
-You have symptoms like: fever, difficulty breathing, sore throat, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of smell or taste, nausea, and not feeling well in general
